"Working with Ed was wonderful. He was so patient with us, answering our questions and working hard to make sure we found the perfect house. Due to unexpected family issues, our house-buying process took more than a year but he never gave up on us. He sent weekly updates on what new houses were available that met our needs and took the time to check in to see how we were.

We eventually found a house we loved and Ed took care of everything. He either called or emailed everyday with updates and provided all the information and help we needed to make our dream of buying our first house a reality.
